Mayu finds a bunch of notes, along with the notebook in classroom 1-C on the ground next to Ayaka Shimizu's corpse. She uses them to find out more about what happened to the people that died there.

While examining Hina Hirose's corpse, the notebook falls down from Mayu's hands, revealing a new entry.
