Kouki Kizami (刻命孝輝, Kizami Kōki^?) is a minor character introduced in the Corpse Party: Blood Covered manga, and a student of Byakudan Senior High School.

He is the older brother of Haruka and Yuuya Kizami.

Design[]

Kouki is seen as a teenager with short black hair. He wears the standard Byakudan Senior High School male uniform consisting of a white shirt, a blue striped necktie, a Byzantium purple blazer, black pants, and brown shoes.

Personality[]

Like his sister, Kouki displays a very morally upright personality who worries a lot about his little brother, to the point of following him when he goes out to make sure he doesn't get up to any trouble. It seems he has no problem physically hitting his brother to discipline him, though he makes clear that all his actions come from a place of love.

CHAPTER 4[]

Kouki is mentioned during Yuuya's flashback to his youth, when he expresses his hatred for his siblings and describes Kouki as "a fucking retard".

Etymology[]

The name Kouki means "filial piety, obedience" (孝) (kou) and "brightness, radiance, shine, sparkle, gleam, twinkle" (輝) (ki).
Kouki's surname Kizami means "time to live" (刻命).
- It can also mean "time, engraving, carving, scratch" (刻) (ki) and "life, command, destiny, decree, lord, words of a ruler, prince" (命) (zami) separately.
