The grave tag is found inside a wooden box made out of paulownia wood by Mitsuki and Masato. It's a protective charm that is used to break open the seal that seals away the girls' lavatory.

• The kanji on the grave don't have any literal meanings, but read: Heart, Word, Out, For, Esteemed, Buddha, Seal (心言出用 御仏封印).
• Masato mentions that this kind of grave tag is a thing that is burned during Buddhist cedar-stick ceremonies.
