The Forbidden Key (開かずの鍵, Akazu no Kagi^?) is an item found in CORPSE-PARTY, CORPSE PARTY -Rebuilt- and CORPSE-PARTY ZERO. This key is needed to open the door to classroom 2-3, a.k.a "the forbidden room", and gain the Blessed Shoes.

It is found in a cabinet on the second floor of the school's inner wing by Satoshi's party. It can only be gained after Yoshiki and Ayumi's party has been activated and the hallway outside the starting classroom has collapsed.

After Shiho is saved from the mirror world by her sister she mentions that she found the key. It is used to open the door to classroom 2-3

Alternatively, if Kaori goes to the lavatories with Shiho, Shiho wil give her the key after they leave, it's usage is the same.
