The Name Tag Lists (名札リスト, Nafuda Risuto) are name tags left behind by the corpses of the students and faculty throughout Heavenly Host Elementary School in Corpse Party. These name tags reveals the school they attend, the victim's information, and the cause of death.

This name tag list is arranged by chapter order.

Please note that the name tags in this game don't give us the sex of the character, those are added for extra trivia and shown through voice files, corpse description or other appearances.

• There are 84 name tags to be collected, broken down as:
  • Ten Misato Municipal Brotherhood High students, and Seisei Academy for Girls students and faculty.
  • Nine Byakudan Senior High School students.

  • Hikari Kirigami was also spelled as Hikari Kirijou.
  • Ryoko Fujiwara was also spelled as Koito Fujiwara.
  • Nayuki Minatogawa was also spelled as Nayuto Minatogawa.
• There are also glitches present with the name tags:
  • In the Japanese PlayStation Portable version, Kotomi Nashimoto's name does not appear in the name tag list.
  • In the English PlayStation Portable version, you cannot obtain Takuya Nishimura's name tag due to a glitch in the girls' lavatory at the abandoned bomb shelter thus preventing you from entering. This glitch has been fixed for the iOS version. A workaround guide for the PSP version was made by THEGAMBLER97 for getting Takuya Nishimura's glitched nametag.
• There are some students whose cause of death is different in Corpse Party: Book of Shadows:
  • Sayaka's death is caused by darkening. However in Book of Shadows, she died from Yoshikazu Yanagihori striking her with a sledgehammer multiple times.
  • Nari's cause of death is unknown. In Book of Shadows, she is boiled alive in oil by Sachiko Shinozaki and Yoshikazu.
• Yoshikazu at least had a part in approximately 15 people's deaths.
