After carrying out the cursed charm, the “Sachiko Ever After”, and being sent to an extra-dimensional space where evil spirits lie, the high school girls, Naomi (Rina Ikoma), lost many friends including her childhood friend Satoshi (Ryōsuke Ikeoka) and her best friend Seiko (Yōko Kita).

Half a year has passed since then. Ayumi (Nozomi Maeda) and Naomi, who survived, return to the stage of tragedy that is Heavenly Host Elementary School in order to take back their dead friends. Meeting up with Kizami (Tsunenori Aoki) who did the same charm at a different school, they search ardently to return home alive. However, what awaits them is a reunion with their friends entrapped by their repeated “Destiny of Death”. The cruel gears of fate that toy with both their lives and their hearts slowly begin to turn.
