Description	A box of loose matches found near an old-fashioned space heater. There are still quite a few left.
Location	Infirmary (CHAPTER 1); Science Lab (CHAPTER 5)
Usage	Use it combined with the rubbing alcohol to burn away the hair (CHAPTER 1); Use it combined with the gas burner to burn the anatomical model (CHAPTER 5)

The Box of Matches (マッチ, Macchi^?) or simply Matches is an item found in Corpse Party and Corpse Party: Book of Shadows.

CHAPTER 1

The box of matches can be found by examining the space heater in the middle of the infirmary in the first chapter. It is necessary for Naomi to escape the infirmary after the black mist blocks the door outside with hair. However, Naomi must first douse the hair blocking the door with rubbing alcohol before using a match to burn away the hair, or else it won't be effective.

CHAPTER 5

Yoshiki can pick up the box of matches in the space heater of the science lab, during the scene where the anatomical model is holding Ayumi captive. He must also pick up the gas burner lying next to a table and he will automatically use both against the anatomical model.

Episode #5; 『Shangri-La』

Mitsuki and Masato find matches along with a bunch of candles on the table of the music room and decide to light one inside. After that the two pick up both the candles and matches.

It is later used to light an alcohol lamp once the group joins Sakutaro's party to get past to the pool area.
